Connecting, Empowering and Showcasing Women Across South Africa’s Battery Value Chain.
Women in Batteries South Africa (WiBSA) is a national network aimed at connecting, supporting and showcasing women working across South Africa’s growing battery value chain. The network will bring together women from industry, government, academia, research and entrepreneurship to strengthen professional connections, promote knowledge sharing and increase the visibility of women experts across the sector. The official launch of WiBSA at the Battery and Energy Storage for Africa Conference will introduce the organisation and bring together women and partners from across the battery ecosystem for a keynote address, panel discussion and networking event. WiBSA aims to contribute to a more connected, inclusive and competitive South African battery industry.
